清末博迪苏使喀尔喀宣慰十三世达赖史事探析

摘　　要：英国第二次侵藏战争爆发后,十三世达赖被迫离藏出走,在多次辗转后,最终行抵喀尔喀蒙古,驻锡在赛音诺彦部的咱雅班第达地方。由于十三世达赖与俄国频繁接触,清廷担心他会北上投靠俄国,故特派科尔沁辅国公博迪苏等人以“考察蒙古游牧事宜”为名,实则前往喀尔喀宣慰十三世达赖,并催令其尽快回藏。本文根据汉藏俄等语种史料,对此次清廷遣使宣慰十三世达赖之史事进行较为详细的考述,认为清廷派遣博迪苏等出使喀尔喀,对于安抚十三世达赖、令其回藏及阻断俄国谋藏的野心都起了十分重要的作用。Following the outbreak of the Second British Invasion of Xizang,the Thirteenth Dalai Lama wascompelled to flee.After numerous journeys,he eventually arrived in Khalkha,Mongolia,where he took residencein Zanyabandida of the Sain Noyon tribe.Due to frequent interactions between the thirteenth Dalai Lama andRussia,the Qing court grew concerned that he might seek refuge in Russia by heading north.Consequently,Bodisu,the Duke of Fuguo from Horqin was dispatched ostensibly under the pretext of“investigating Mongolianpastoral affairs”.In reality,Bodisu's mission was to console the thirteenth Dalai Lama and urge his prompt re-turn to Xizang.Drawing upon historical sources in Chinese,Tibetan,and Russian languages,this paper providesa detailed examination of the Qing court's mission to console the thirteenth Dalai Lama.It argues that the dis-patch of Bodisu and others to Khalkha played a crucial role in consoling the thirteenth Dalai Lama,facilitatinghis return to Tibet,and thwarting Russia's ambitions towards Xizang.
