摘  要:为解决三交河矿10-205工作面正巷破碎顶板下超前支护区巷道变形大,劳动强度高等问题,开展了超前支护优化研究。通过现场实测和室内试验,获得煤岩力学参数,采用注浆锚索代替部分单体支柱,设计了3种排距超前支护优化方案。通过FLAC3D分析不同方案下巷道位移应力分布规律。最后在10-205正巷进行了现场试验,结果表明:注浆锚索优化方案下,超前30 m范围内单体立柱排距由0.8 m增加至1.6 m,减少16排立柱,显著减少了单体支柱数量,降低了劳动强度,增加了作业空间,为类似工况下回采巷道超前支护提供了借鉴。In order to solve the problems of large deformation and high labor intensity in the advance support area under the broken roof of the main roadway in the 10-205 working face of Sanjiaohe mine,optimization research on advance support has been carried out.Through on-site measurement and indoor experiments,the mechanical parameters of coal and rock were obtained.Grouting anchor cables were used to replace some individual pillars,and three optimization schemes for row spacing advanced support were designed.Analyze the distribution of displacement and stress in tunnels under different schemes through FLAC3D.Finally,on-site tests were conducted in the 10-205 main roadway,and the results showed that under the optimized grouting anchor cable scheme,the spacing of single column rows within the leading 30 m range increased from 0.8 m to 1.6 m,reducing 16 rows of columns,significantly reducing the number of single columns,reducing labor intensity,and increasing work space.This provides a reference for advanced support in similar mining conditions.
