摘 要:为解决近距离煤层联合开采时采出率低、安全性差等问题,探究巷道交错布置方式及下煤层巷道支护技术在近距离煤层联合开采中的应用,以山西晋保煤矿12#、13#煤层地质条件为研究背景,采用理论分析与FLAC3D数值模拟的研究方法,研究了巷道采用交错布置时下煤层巷道的围岩变形与矿压变化,得到巷道交错式布置时上下煤层巷道的水平错距应大于7.98 m。通过数值模拟分析矿方原始支护方案与新支护方案下煤层巷道顶板的垂直位移变化规律,确定对下煤层巷道进行锚网索联合支护的分区支护方案。结合现场实测结果表明:下煤层巷道围岩变形处于可控范围内,交错式巷道布置方式以及巷道分区支护方案较为合理,能够保证工作面的安全生产,可以为类似地质条件下近距离煤层的开挖提供借鉴。In order to solve the problems of low extraction rate and poor safety during the joint mining of close coal seams,the application of staggered layout of tunnels and support technology for lower coal seam tun in the joint mining of close coal seam was explored.Taking the geological conditions of coal seams No.12 and No.13 in Shanxi Jinbao coal mine as the research background,theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation were used to study the deformation of surrounding rock and changes in rock pressure of lower coal seam tunnels when staggered layout was adopted,The horizontal displacement of the upper and lower coal seam tunnels should be greater than 7.98 m when the roadway is arranged in a staggered manner.Through numerical simulation analysis of the vertical displacement changes of the roof of the coal seam roadway under the original and new support schemes of the mining side,a zoning support scheme for the combined support of anchor mesh and cable is determined for the lower coal seam roadway.Based on the on-site measurement results,it is shown that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the lower coal seam roadway is within a controllable range,and the staggered roadway layout and roadway zoning support plan are relatively reasonable,which can ensure the safe production of the working face and provide reference for the excavation of close coal seams under similar geological conditions.
