摘  要:以顾桥矿1214(3)运顺为研究对象,分析巷道顶板岩性、各段不同应力分布环境、断面大及单轨吊运输起吊设备重近30 t等难点,根据掘后有效支护的原则,通过采用顶板锚杆全长锚固技术和锚索采用横向梯级组合支护,配合关键部位走向加固锚索和预应力锚索束强化等综合控制方案,实现了连续不规则应力集中区厚层复合顶板安全掘进,巷道围岩控制较好,工业性试验成功。Taking the 1214(3)haulage of Guqiao mining as the research object,analyzes the difficulties of roadway roof lithology,different stress distribution environments in each section,large cross-section,and monorail crane transportation lifting equipment weighing nearly 30 t.Based on the principle of effective support after excavation,a comprehensive control plan is adopted,including the use of full length anchoring technology for roof bolts and horizontal cascade combination support for anchor cables,along with reinforcement of anchor cables and reinforcement of prestressed anchor cable bundles in key parts,The safe excavation of thick composite roof in continuous and irregular stress concentration areas has been achieved,and the surrounding rock control of the tunnel is good.The industrial test has been successful.
