摘　　要：为解决瓦斯抽采钻孔密封质量不佳问题,通过工业CT扫描观察钻孔内部封孔效果,划分钻孔漏气形式,建立钻孔漏气模型,并提出割缝注浆新型封孔方法。通过对不同割缝数量注浆试样的渗透率及单轴抗压强度研究,确定了最佳割缝数量。实验结果表明:随着割缝数量的增加,注浆后试样的渗透率在缓慢减小,而抗压强度呈下降趋势;综合考虑,合理割缝数量为2条。采用新型割缝注浆封孔方法,有效地提高了瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔段的良好密封性,提高煤矿井下瓦斯抽采效率,保障煤矿安全高效生产。In order to solve the problem of poor sealing quality of gas extraction boreholes,observed the internal sealing effect of boreholes through industrial CT scanning,classified the forms of borehole leakage,established a borehole leakage model,and proposed a new sealing method of slit grouting.By studying the permeability and uniaxial compressive strength of grouting specimens with different number of cut joints,the optimal number of cut joints was determined.The experimental results show that the permeability of the grouted specimens decreases slowly with the increase of the number of slits;the compressive strength decreases with the increase of the number of slots in the borehole;the final reasonable number of slits is determined as 2.The adoption of the new slit slurry sealing method effectively improves the good sealing of the sealing section of the gas extraction borehole,improves the efficiency of underground gas extraction in coal mines,and ensures safe and efficient production in coal mines.
