摘 要:为有效解决煤矿生产过程中H_(2)S气体高准确性、高灵敏度、高稳定性自动传感的难题,利用对H_(2)S气体具有高度灵敏性的新型In_(2)O_(3)-ZnO复合材料H_(2)S气体传感器,搭建了测试平台并对其气敏性能进行了系统的研究,获得以下研究成果:In_(2)O_(3)-ZnO复合材料H_(2)S气敏传感器在20℃~300℃内均有较好的传感灵敏度,复合比例为1∶15时具有最高的灵敏度,复合比例为1∶20时,其在低温区的灵敏性最强;同时,复合比例为1∶15的复合材料具有最佳的浓度灵敏度和较短的响应恢复时间,且具有较好的响应重复性和响应稳定性。因而,复合比例为1∶15的In_(2)O_(3)-ZnO复合材料具有最佳的H_(2)S气敏传感性能。In order to effectively solve the problem of high accuracy,high sensitivity,and high stability automatic sensing of H_(2)S gas in the coal mine production process,synthesized a new type of In_(2)O_(3)-ZnO composite material H_(2)S gas sensor with high sensitivity to H_(2) S gas,built a testing platform,and conducted a systematic study on its gas sensing performance.The following research results have been obtained:The In_(2)O_(3)-ZnO composite H_(2)S gas detector has good sensitivity in the temperature range of 20℃-300℃,the highest sensitivity when the composite ratio is 1∶15,and the highest sensitivity in the low temperature zone when the composite ratio is 1∶20;at the same time,composite materials with a composite ratio of 1∶15 have the best concentration sensitivity and shorter response recovery time,as well as good response repeatability and stability.Therefore,the In_(2)O_(3)-ZnO composite material with a composite ratio of 1∶15 has the best H_(2)S gas sensing performance.
