摘  要:易班自推广以来,逐步承担起开展高校网络思想政治教育的使命,但在建设过程中因其借助行政力量推动,且吸引力及黏性不够,面临不少问题和挑战。我们有必要反思易班建设中的问题和挑战,找出有助于易班健康发展的新路径。目前,导师制已在高校中较为广泛地开展,其作为现代大学培养全面发展人才的有益尝试,在学生成长成才方面发挥了积极作用,但也存在不少问题。文章从易班微社区视角探讨人生导师制的建设,旨在为完善易班发展及开展导师制工作提供新方法新思路。Since its promotion,e-class has gradually taken on the mission of carrying out online ideological and political education in universities.However,in the construction process,it faces many problems and challenges due to its use of administrative power to promote,and its attractiveness and stickiness are not enough.It is necessary for us to reflect on the problems and challenges in the construction of new classes,and find new paths that contribute to the healthy development of new classes.At present,the mentorship system has been widely implemented in universities,serving as a beneficial attempt for modern universities to cultivate well-rounded talents.It has played a positive role in the growth and development of students,but there are also many problems.The article explores the construction of a life mentorship system from the perspective of the e-class micro community,aiming to provide new methods and ideas for improving the development of e-class and carrying out mentorship work.
