改良PBL教学法在儿科呼吸系统疾病全英文教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良以问题为导向(PBL)的教学模式在儿科呼吸系统疾病全英文教学中的应用。方法:以2016年10月-2018年9月期间进入儿科学学习的广西医科大学临床医学专业(全英班)60名留学生作为研究对象,分为2组,实验组(30人)及对照组(30人),实验组采用改良PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。对两组学生的期末理论考试、病例分析成绩进行比较,并以调查问卷形式评价对改良PBL模式的教学满意度。结果:实验组病例分析成绩与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),认为迫切需要及需要开展PBL教学的有10人,占33.33%。结论:在儿科呼吸系统疾病全英教学中应用改良PBL模式可提高病例分析能力,但不能提高教学满意度。Objective:This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the modified Problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching mode in international medical students teaching of pediatric respiratory diseases in a school.Methods:Sixty international students,enrolled in the clinical medicine program at Guangxi Medical University,were chosen as participants.They entered the pediatrics study between October 2016 and September 2018 and were divided into two groups:the experimental group(30 students)and the control group(30 students).The experimental group experienced the improved PBL teaching mode,while the control group followed the traditional teaching approach.A comparison was made between the final theoretical examination and case analysis scores of the two groups,and the teaching satisfaction regarding the modified PBL model was assessed through a questionnaire.Results:The results indicated a significant difference in case analysis scores between the experimental and control groups(P<0.05).Notably,33.33%of participants in the experimental group expressed an urgent need for PBL teaching.Conclusion:The application of the modified PBL model in the international medical students teaching of pediatric respiratory diseases at Guangxi Medical University demonstrated an enhancement in case analysis skills.However,it did not show a substantial improvement in teaching satisfaction.
