摘  要:课程建设包括课程目标形成、知识体系构建、教学组织实施、课程教学评价、课程持续改进等教学过程和课程能力提升、教学条件保障、课程制度建设等保障过程,是一个没有终极结果的周期性的知识运动过程。构成要素的缺失和实施过程的低效,必然影响课程教学效果和建设质量。针对地方本科高校存在的对课程内涵理解不够、建设内容滞后、建设动力不足等问题,课程改革和建设应围绕提高建设内生动力、提升课程建设能力、注重教育教学过程、完善课程约束与激励机制等重点内容开展,有效促进课程建设,提高教学效果和人才培养质量。Curriculum construction includes the formation of curriculum objectives,construction of knowledge system,implementation of teaching organization,evaluation of curriculum teaching,continuous improvement of curriculum,as well as the enhancement of curriculum ability,guarantee of teaching conditions,and construction of curriculum system.It is a cyclical knowledge movement process without ultimate results.The lack of constituent elements and the inefficiency of the implementation process will inevitably affect the effectiveness of curriculum teaching and the quality of construction.In response to the problems of insufficient understanding of curriculum content,lagging construction content,and insufficient construction motivation in local undergraduate universities,curriculum reform and construction should focus on improving endogenous construction motivation,enhancing curriculum construction capabilities,emphasizing the education and teaching process,and improving curriculum constraints and incentive mechanisms,effectively promoting curriculum construction,improving teaching effectiveness,and talent cultivation quality.
