摘　　要：目的:对蒙药那如-3味丸的方源考证及现代研究进展进行综述,为该复方进一步研究提供依据。方法:采用蒙医文献考证、文献综述方法,从方源、方解、单味药药理作用及临床应用等方面对蒙药那如-3味丸研究现状进行总结和分析。结果:蒙药那如-3最早收载于《至高要方》,属于蒙药、藏药传统验方,由诃子、荜茇、草乌(制)配伍组成,其他文献记载的处方皆在使用过程中随着临床应用演变而来,具有杀黏、止痛、消肿、燥协日乌素功效。蒙医临床用于治疗关节黄水病、虫病、白喉,炭疽等黏性疾病及腰胯疼痛等疾病,疗效显著。结论:蒙药那如-3方出自《至高要方》,对黄水病、黏虫病、黏性刺痛等黏性疾病疗效显著,具有开发利用价值。Objective:Th e research on the prescription source of Mongolian medicine Naru-3 pill and the progress of modern research were reviewed to provide the basis for further study of the compound.Methods:With the methods of literature research and literature review in Mongolian medicine,the research status of Naru-3 pill was summarized and analyzed from the aspects of prescription source,prescription decomposition,pharmacological action and clinical application of each Medicinal materials.Results:Mongolian medicine Naru-3 Pills,first recorded in the《ZhiGaoYaoFang》.It belongs to the traditional prescription of Mongolian medicine and Tibetan medicine and is Composed of Chebulae Fructus,Piperis Longi Fructus and Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta,Other prescriptions have been developed according to clinical application,with the effects of treating sticky diseases,relieving pain and swelling,and dryness“Xieriwusu”.Mongol medicine is used clinically to treat sticky diseases such as joint yellow water disease,parasitosis,diphtheria,anthrax and hip pain.Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Naru-3 Pills,first recorded in the《ZhiGaoYaoFang》,It has a significant curative effect on sticky diseases such as joint yellow water disease,parasitosis and sticky tingling,and has potential development and utilization value.
