中医药治疗痰湿内阻型高血压眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医药治疗痰湿内阻型高血压眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年1月于新乡同盟医院治疗的痰湿内阻型高血压眩晕患者100例,脱落3例,以随机数表法分为两组。常规治疗组48例,采用常规西药治疗;中药治疗组49例,采用中医药清热化湿、健脾和胃方治疗。比较两组临床疗效和治疗前后中医证候积分、血压和眩晕程度。结果:中药治疗组疗效(93.88%,46/49)显著优于常规治疗组(77.08%,37/48);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、血压和眩晕程度均优于治疗前,且中药治疗组优于常规治疗组。结论:中医药治疗痰湿内阻型高血压眩晕疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of phlegm-dampness internal obstruction hypertension vertigo.Methods:A total of 100 patients with phlegm-dampness internal resistance hypertension vertigo treated in Xinxiang Alliance Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and 3 cases fell off.The patients were grouped by random number table method.Conventional treatment group 48 cases,conventional western medicine treatment;49 cases in the Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with the prescription of clearing heat and dispelling dampness,strengthening spleen and stomach.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and vertigo degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The efficacy of the TCM treatment group(93.88%,46/49)was significantly better than that of the conventional treatment group(77.08%,37/48).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure and vertigo degree of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the TCM treatment group was better than the conventional treatment group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating vertigo of hypertension with phlegm-dampness and internal resistance.
