摘　　要：帕金森病是一种好发于中老年人的运动障碍性疾病,帕金森病抑郁是帕金森病较为常见的非运动症状,可贯穿于帕金森病整个病程。目前对于帕金森病抑郁的治疗以采用西药改善症状为主,长期服用弊端众多,而临床上运用中医药治疗帕金森病抑郁的效果逐渐凸显。在中医认识中帕金森病抑郁属“颤证”与“郁证”合病,以往治疗帕金森病抑郁多从肝肾论治,而忽略了脾胃在帕金森病抑郁发病中的重要性,本文从“脑-肠轴”理论阐述从脾胃论治帕金森病抑郁的理论基础,旨在为临床从脾胃治疗帕金森病抑郁提供参考。Parkinson's disease(PD)is a kind of movement disorder that occurs in middle-aged and elderly people.Depression is a common non-movement symptom of PD,which can run through the whole course of PD.At present,the main treatment for Parkinson's disease depression is to use western medicine to improve symptoms,long-term use of many drawbacks,and the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat Parkinson's disease depression effect gradually prominent.In traditional Chinese medicine,Parkinson's disease depression is a combination of fibrllation and depression.In the past,the treatment of Parkinson's disease depression was mostly based on liver and kidney,while the importance of the spleen and stomach in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease depression was ignored.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the treatment of Parkinson's disease depression from the"brain-gut axis"theory,aiming to provide reference for the clinical treatment of Parkinson's disease depression from the spleen and stomach.
