摘　　要：去泛素化酶18(USP18)通过编码去泛素化酶在细菌感染、癌症、神经系统疾病等中发挥了重要作用。自噬是细胞内发生的清除代谢物质的过程;细胞凋亡是机体内发生的维持内环境稳态的过程。研究表明,在不同组织器官中USP18参与自噬和细胞凋亡过程,因此本综述将探讨近几年USP18与自噬和细胞凋亡联系的研究进展。Ubiquitin-specific protease 18(USP18)plays an important role in bacterial infections,cancer,neurological diseases,and more by encoding deubiquitinating enzymes.Autophagy is the process of removing metabolites that occurs within the cell;Apoptosis is a process that occurs in the body to maintain homeostasis in the internal environment.Studies have shown that USP18 is involved in autophagy and apoptosis in different tissues and organs,so this review will discuss the research progress of the relationship between USP18 and autophagy and apoptosis in recent years.
