基于“调任通督强心”法探讨针灸治疗围绝经期双心疾病

摘　　要：围绝经期是女性的特殊生理时期,此时期肾精亏虚,心失所养,脑髓空虚,易引发双心疾病。细胞焦亡是一种新的程序性炎症死亡方式,与心血管系统和中枢神经系统等多个系统密切相关。围绝经期双心疾病会释放大量与细胞焦亡相关的炎性因子,其可影响该疾病的发展与预后。作者在相关研究中发现针灸通过督、任、心包三脉在功能上补肾强心益脑,在结构上调整脏腑功能,在循行上沟通联络肾、心、脑,三脉相通会减少炎性因子的产生。相关研究证明,针灸在干预细胞焦亡中起到了显著作用。因此,基于“调任通督强心”法探讨针灸治疗围绝经期双心疾病具有重要的意义。Perimenopause is a special physiological period for women,during which kidney essence deficiency,heart loss of nourishment,and brain marrow deficiency can easily lead to psycho-cardiological disease.Pyroptosis is a new type of programmed inflammatory death,which is closely related to cardiovascular system,central nervous system and other systems.Perimenopausal psycho-cardiological disease will release a large number of inflammatory factors related to pyroptosis,which can affect the development and prognosis of the disease.In relevant studies,the author found that acupuncture can invigorate the kidney,strengthen the heart and benefit the brain in function,adjust the function of the visceral in structure,and communicate with the kidney,heart and brain in circulation through the three meridians of Du,Ren and pericardium.The communication of the three meridians will reduce the production of inflammatory factors.Relevant studies have proved that acupuncture plays a significant role in the intervention of pyroptosis.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the treatment of perimenopausal psycho-cardiological disease with acupuncture based on the method of“regulating Ren meridian and dredging Du meridian and strengthening heart”method.
