简道云在轮胎制造设备管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：轮胎制造设备管理内容繁杂、工作量大、数据交互流转要求高,传统设备管理方式已无法适应现阶段管理需求。简道云作为一款灵活应用搭建平台,其功能丰富,应用开发技术门槛低,能完美适配各个业务需求。本文从轮胎制造设备实际情况出发,依据公司现有的设备管理流程,结合简道云设计并搭建了轮胎制造设备管理应用,不仅提高了工作效率和质量,改善了管理流程,而且进一步加强了数据处理和可视化能力。The management of tire manufacturing equipment is complex,requires a large amount of work,and requires high data exchange.Traditional equipment management methods can no longer meet the current management needs.As a flexible application platform,Jiandaoyun has rich functions,low development technology barriers,and can perfectly adapt to various business needs.Starting from the actual situation of tire manufacturing equipment,this article designs and builds a tire manufacturing equipment management application based on the company's existing equipment management process and combined with Jian Daoyun.It not only improves work efficiency and quality,improves management processes,but also further strengthens data processing and visualization capabilities.
