传爆药装药不同过载环境的力学响应规律研究

摘  要:由于传爆药在使用过程中所处的力学环境复杂,且对传爆药进行相关的力学性能测试试验成本高,环境条件难以控制,很难进行相关的规律性试验研究,因此通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA大型有限元软件进行仿真模拟计算,直接将加速度-时间曲线施加在药柱套所对应的节点上,药柱套内部装有传爆药药柱。药柱选用二次开发的粘弹塑性本构模型,通过给药柱套施加不同的加速度脉冲,开展传爆药药柱不同过载环境的力学响应规律研究。结果发现,传爆药药柱的直径和高度对其力学响应有影响,在相同的过载条件下,传爆药的直径越小,高度越高,其轴向长度变化率和密度变化率越大;在不同的过载环境下加速度脉冲的峰值和脉宽也对药柱的力学响应有直接影响。Due to the complexity of the mechanical environment in the process of using the booster charge,and the high cost of the related mechanical property test of the booster charge,the environmental conditions are difficult to control,and it is difficult to conduct regular test studies on booster.Therefore,in this paper,the large finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to carry out simulation calculation,and the acceleration-time curve was directly applied to the node corresponding to the charge column sleeve,and the charge column sleeve was equipped with the booster.The viscoelastic-plastic constitutive model developed in the secondary development of the charge column was adopted to study the mechanical response of the charge column under different overload environments by applying different acceleration pulses to the charge column sleeve.The results show that the diameter and height of the booster column have an effect on its mechanical response.Under the same overload condition,the smaller the diameter and the higher the height of the booster column,the greater the change rate of axial length and density.The peak value and pulse width of acceleration pulse also have direct influence on the mechanical response of the booster charge column under different overload conditions.
