摘 要:为增强聚能装药对目标的后效毁伤效应,设计了一种包覆式复合侵彻体装药结构,在爆轰波的驱动下,紫铜药型罩后翻包覆活性材料,穿透目标后,活性材料释能对目标内部实施纵火后效毁伤。运用LS-DYNA有限元软件对包覆式复合侵彻体的成型及侵彻靶板过程进行模拟,分析了活性罩直径、外曲率半径和罩顶厚度比对包覆式复合侵彻体成型的影响。结果表明:将活性材料嵌入紫铜药型罩内侧,在炸药驱动下可以实现对活性材料的包覆;当活性罩直径取值为0.86 D(D为装药直径)时,外曲率半径取值为1.15D,壁厚比取值为2/3时,复合侵彻体包覆效果较好;包覆式复合侵彻体能穿透30 mm厚45#钢靶,并能对后效靶造成毁伤。In order to enhance the damage effect of shaped charge on the back of the target,a coated composite penetrator charge structure was designed.Driven by detonation wave,the copper cover is turned back to cover the reactive material.After penetrating the target,the reactive material releases energy to carry out arson after-effect damage to the target.LS-DYNA finite element software was used to simulate the forming and penetrating process of the coated composite penetrator.The influence of reactive liner diameter,outer curvature radius and tip thickness ratio on the forming of the coated composite penetrator was analyzed.The results show that the coating of the reactive material can be realized by embedding the reactive material into the inner side of the copper liner under the drive of explosive.The coated composite penetrator can penetrate the 30 mm thick 45#steel target,and cause a large area of damage to the after-effect target,which is improves the after-effect damage ability of the composite penetrator.
