摘  要:“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,促进边境地区开发开放已成为国家对外开放战略的重要组成部分。人力资源与智力支持是边境地区开放发展的重要影响因素,充分发挥边境地区高校的作用,更是凸显其服务国家战略的价值与使命。依据“协同创新理论”确立了国际经济与贸易专业的人才培养目标,梳理人才培养过程中面临的困境,提出相关建议,提升我国边境地方本科高校国际经济与贸易专业应用型人才培养质量。The in-depth promotion of"the Belt and Road"initiative has prompted China's border areas to gradually change from the"tip"of opening up to the outside world to the“frontier”of opening up to the outside world.Promoting the development and opening up of border areas has become an important part of the country's opening up strategy.Human resources and intellectual support are important influencing factors for the opening up and development of border areas.Giving full play to the role of universities in border areas highlights their value and mission in serving the national strategy.Based on the"Collaborative innovation Theory",this article establishes the talent training goals of international economics and trade majors,combs out the dilemmas faced in the training process of this professional talent,and puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the quality of applied talent training in international economics and trade majors in undergraduate universities in border areas of our country.
