摘 要:在“一步酸溶法”粉煤灰提取氧化铝工艺中,沉降槽沉降分离效果直接影响后续工序的产能。本文从沉降槽进料浓度筛选入手,在确定沉降槽最佳进料浓度的基础上对沉降槽的结构进行优化。试验效果证实:改进的沉降槽,沉降效率、分离效率显著提升,强制系统应用后溢流浮游物含量降低18.92 mg/L、底流固含提高50.25 g/L;絮凝剂添加点的设置也会影响沉降分离效果,选择合适的絮凝剂添加点能够在强制稀释的基础上再使浮游物含量降低1.42 mg/L和底流固含提高13.16 g/L,显著的提升了分离沉降工序沉降槽的分离效率。In the process of extracting alumina from fly ash by"One-step acid dissolution method",the effect of settling separation in settling tank directly affects the productivity of subsequent process.In this paper,starting with the concentration screening of settling tank,the structure of settling tank is optimized on the basis of determining the best concentration of settling tank.The verification test results confirm that the improved settling tank significantly improves settling efficiency and separation efficiency.After the application of the forced system,the content of overflow suspended solids is reduced by 18.92 mg/L,and the bottom flow solid content is increased by 50.25 g/L;The setting of flocculant addition points can also affect the settling and separation effect.Choosing an appropriate flocculant addition point can force dilution,reduce the content of suspended solids by 1.42 mg/L,and increase the bottom flow solid content by 13.16 g/L,thus significantly improving the separation efficiency of the settling tank in the separation and settling step.
