摘 要:对公路运输过程中固体火箭发动机药柱的累积损伤进行研究,开展了丁羟(HTPB)推进剂定应力往复拉伸试验,对其疲劳特性曲线进行了拟合和分析;通过处理装备运输试验的功率谱密度数据得到了公路运输过程中HTPB推进剂药柱振动加速度载荷谱,建立了固体火箭发动机三维有限元计算模型,对药柱的应力响应进行仿真计算,通过雨流计数法统计得到循环载荷情况;基于Miner线性累积损伤模型,对公路运输过程中HTPB推进剂药柱进行累积损伤计算与评估。结果表明,在运输过程中,HTPB推进剂药柱的最大应力为0.021 MPa,最大应变为0.031,最大位移为19.320 mm,均处在前人工脱粘层部位;经4000 km公路运输后,HTPB推进剂药柱前人工脱粘层根部处损伤最大,损伤为0.080;药柱内孔处损伤最小,损伤为0.044。In order to study the cumulative damage of solid rocket motor(SRM)grain during highway transportation,the constant stress reciprocating tensile test of HTPB propellant was designed and carried out,and the fatigue characteristic curves of HTPB propellant were fitted and analyzed.By processing the power spectral density data of equipment transportation experiments,the acceleration load spectrum of HTPB propellant grains vibration during highway transportation was obtained.A three-dimensional finite element calculation model of the SRM was established,and the stress response of the SRM grain was simulated and calculated.The cyclic load situation was calculated using the rain flow counting method;according to Miner's linear cumulative damage model,the cumulative damage calculation and evaluation of HTPB propellant grains during highway transportation were carried out.It is concluded that during transportation,the maximum stress of the SRM is 0.021 MPa,the maximum strain is 0.031,and the maximum displacement is 19.320 mm,all are located at the front stress release boot.After the SRM is transported by highway for 4000 km,the damage at the front stress release boot of the grain is the largest,with a damage rate of 0.080;The damage at the inner hole of the grain is the smallest,with a damage rate of 0.044.
