摘　　要：列宁深刻地研究、批判地考察俄国解放运动,在反思革命民主主义丰富遗产的基础上,批判了民粹主义、“合法马克思主义”,提出要组织社会主义工人政党。列宁为创建新型无产阶级政党进行的思想准备和实践指导,具有重要理论价值和现实意义。习近平总书记高度重视对历史的学习,提出历史是最好的教科书、历史是最好的老师。习近平总书记指导党坚持和践行马克思主义政党理论,学习和了解社会主义发展史、党的历史,发扬历史主动精神,坚持自我革命,做好中国共产党作为世界上最大的马克思主义执政党的建设。2024年2月,中共中央印发《党史学习教育工作条例》,提出开展党史学习教育的最新要求。学习列宁对俄国解放运动的评析与指导,有助于以史鉴今、资政育人,从历史中汲取智慧和力量,推动全党、全社会学好党史、用好党史。Lenin deeply studied and critically examined the liberation movement in Russia.Based on reflecting on the rich heritage of revolutionary democracy,he criticized populism and“legitimate Marxism”and proposed the organization of socialist worker political parties.Lenin's ideological preparation and practical guidance for creating a new type of proletarian political party have important theoretical value and practical significance.General Secretary Xi Jinping always attaches the great importance to the study of history and proposes that history is the best textbook and the best teacher.General Secretary Xi Jinping guides the Party to adhere to and practice t Marxist party theory,learn and understand the history of socialist development and the history of the CPC,carry forward the historical initiative,adhere to self revolution,and do well in building the CPC as the largest Marxist ruling party in the world.In February 2024,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Regulations on Party History Learning and Education,proposing the latest requirements for conducting Party history learning and education.Studying Lenin's analysis and guidance on the Russian liberation movement is helpful in learning from history,providing political education,drawing wisdom and strength,and promoting the whole party and society to learn and make good use of party history.
