摘　　要：维生素A(vitamin A,VA)是一种维持人体正常代谢和机能所必需的营养素,其缺乏及亚临床缺乏在社会面,尤其是在发展中国家的儿童、妇女中广泛存在。VA缺乏与多种疾病的发生发展具有密切的联系,且VA制剂在临床部分疾病的预防与治疗中起到了不可替代的作用。近年来,维生素A在其他多种疾病的防治中逐渐受到重视,本文就维生素A与临床相关疾病的研究进展进行系统综述。Vitamin A(VA)is an essential nutrient for the maintenance of normal metabolism and function in humans,and its deficiency and subclinical deficiency are widespread in the society,especially in children and women in developing countries.VA deficiency is closely associated with the development of many diseases,and VA preparations play an irreplaceable role in the prevention and treatment of some clinical diseases.In recent years,vitamin A is gradually gaining attention in the prevention and treatment of various other diseases,and this paper provides a systematic review of the progress of research on vitamin A and clinically relevant diseases.
