摘 要:在“双碳”目标背景下,居民生活碳排放研究日益被重视,以呼包鄂榆城市群为研究对象,利用碳排放系数法对城市群内居民生活用能碳排放进行核算,发现居民生活用能碳排放呈现逐年增长的态势,其中汽油、液化石油气、电力是构成居民生活用能碳排放的主要能源类型。然后运用LMDI模型分解居民生活用能碳排放影响因素,发现能源结构效应、人口效应和消费倾向效应对居民生活用能碳排放存在正向效应,能源价格效应则显示负向效应。运用脱钩模型对短期内经济发展及居民生活用能碳排放进行分析,结果显示,2017-2019年呼包鄂榆城市群的经济发展与居民生活用能碳排放之间存在较理想的脱钩状态;在未来的城市群建设过程中应提高节能技术、开发清洁能源、优化能源消耗结构、适度降低城镇化建设来降低居民生活碳排放。Under the background of"double carbon"target,the research on carbon emission of residents life had been paid more and more attention.The study took Hubao Eyu urban agglomeration as the research objects,calculated the carbon emissions from residents energy with urban agglomerations by carbon emission coefficient method.It was found that the carbon emissions from residential energy consumption were increasing year by year,gasoline,liquefied petroleum gas and electricity were the main energy types which constituted the carbon emission of residential energy consumption.Then the influencing factors of carbon emissions from residenfial energy consumption were decomposed by the LMDI model.It was found that energy structure effect,population effect and consumption tendency effect had positive effects on carbon emissions from residential energy consumption,while energy price effect showed negative effects.The short-term economic development and the carbon emissions from residential energy consumption were analyzed by the decoupling model.The results showed that there was an ideal decoupling state between the economic development and the carbon emissions from residential energy consumption in Hubao Eyu urban agglomeration from 2017 to 2019.In the process of urban agglomeration construction,we should improve energy-saving technology,develop clean energy,optimize the energy consumption structure,and slow down the urbanization construction to reduce the carbon emissions from residents.
