摘　　要：甘肃省发展寒旱农业,是从寒、旱气候与脆弱生态叠加制约农业发展的实际省情出发,从趋利避害入手,加快实现甘肃由特色农业大省向特色农业强省转变。《甘肃现代寒旱农业高质量发展研究》一书,详细介绍了甘肃省发展寒旱农业的地理、气候特点以及面临的挑战,如水资源匮乏和生态环境脆弱等,系统阐述了寒旱农业区域划分方案,测评了甘肃省各地现代寒旱农业发展水平,揭示了甘肃省寒旱地区农业发展的现状、问题和未来发展方向。The development of cold and arid agriculture in Gansu Province is based on actual provincial conditions—the combination of cold-arid climates,and fragile ecosystems—which constrains agricultural development.Starting with a strategy of maximizing benefits and minimizing risks,it accelerates Gansu’s transition from a major producer with characteristic agriculture to a province renowned for strong characteristic agriculture.The book Research on High-Quality Development of Modern Cold and Arid Agriculture in Gansu provides a detailed introduction of the geographic and climatic characteristics of cold and arid agriculture in Gansu Province,as well as the challenges it faces such as water resources scarcity and fragile ecological environments and so on.It systematically elaborates regional division schemes for cold and arid agriculture,evaluates the development of modern cold and arid agriculture in various regions of Gansu Province,and reveals current situation,problems,and future development directions of agriculture in the cold and arid areas of Gansu Province.
