摘　　要：疫情期间,第四方物流助力我国跨境电商实现战略突围,逆势扩张,为世界经济复苏发挥了重要的作用。因此,研究第四方物流引领下跨境电商的突破性创新方略,具有较大的实践意义与应用价值。文章从跨境电商、第四方物流与引领功能、突破性创新等理论探讨入手,分析我国跨境电商的发展现状、相关政策及存在的问题;然后据此设计跨境电商基于第四方物流的新型业态模式;最后在此基础上,从第四方物流引领下的跨境电商服务优化、基于协同物流创新的跨境电商物流联盟、依托大数据管理的跨境电商海外虚拟仓等三个方面,规划新时期我国跨境电商的突破性创新方略。During the epidemic,the fourth party logistics helped China's cross-border e-commerce achieve strategic breakthrough and expand against the trend,playing an important role in the recovery of the world economy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and application value to study the breakthrough innovation strategy of cross-border e-commerce led by the fourth party logistics.This paper starts from the theoretical discussion on cross-border e-commerce,the fourth party logistics and leading functions,breakthrough innovation,etc.,and analyzes the development status,relevant policies and existing problems of cross-border e-commerce in China;then based on this,it designs a new business mode of cross-border e-commerce based on the fourth party logistics;finally,on this basis,this paper plans a breakthrough innovation strategy for China's cross-border e-commerce in the new era from three aspects:The services optimization of cross-border e-commerce led by the fourth party logistics,the cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance based on collaborative logistics innovation,and the cross-border e-commerce overseas virtual warehouse based on big data management.
