摘 要:为了扩展绿色色谱染色范围,选用两种植物染料薄荷和槐花对汉麻纤维进行套色研究,以获得色泽稳定的黄绿色。研究薄荷染料用量、槐花染料用量和媒染剂用量对染色效果的影响,探讨套染的染色机制以及优化工艺染色纤维的色牢度。结果表明:对染色效果影响最大的因素是薄荷染料用量,通过正交试验得到套染的优化染色条件为:薄荷染料100%、媒染剂2%、槐花染料60%,且经过优化工艺染色的织物耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度均大于3级,符合服用标准。In order to extend the range of green chromatographic dyeing,two vegetable dyestuffs,mint and acacia,were selected for the dyeing of hemp fibers to obtain a stable yellow-green color.The effects of mint dye concentration,acacia dye concentration and mordant concentration on the dyeing effect were investigated,and the dyeing mechanism and the color fastness of the fibers dyed with optimal dyeing process were discussed.The results show that the factor that has the greatest impact on the dyeing effect is mint dye concentration,and the optimal dyeing conditions were as follows:mint dye 100%,mordant 2%,acacia dye 60%.The fastness to rubbing,soaping,and perspiration of the fabrics dyed with the op⁃timized process was greater than grade 3,which was in accordance with the standard of consumption.
