摘 要:为解决循环冷却水成垢问题,采用实验室小试和中试研究相结合的方法,以广西柳州钢铁集团有限公司焦化厂的循环冷却水为研究对象,通过正交实验设计,探索了阴极极板材料、极板间距、电压、反应时间4个因素的交互影响,构建了正交实验表。实验结果表明,阴极材料的选择和实验参数的调整对电化学去除循环冷却水中Ca^(2+)和Cl^(-)的效果具有明显影响。极差分析结果显示,阴极材料对除垢效果的影响最为显著,而电压对除氯效果的影响最为显著。通过中试研究对小试实验结果进行验证,取得了显著的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of scale formation of circulating cooling water,a combination of laboratory test and pilot study was adopted.The circulating cooling water in the coking plant of Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co.Ltd.was taken as the research object.Through orthogonal experimental design,the interactive influence of four factors,including cathode plate material,plate spacing,voltage and reaction time was explored,and the orthogonal experimental table was constructed.The experimental results showed that the selection of cathode materials and the adjustment of experimental parameters had obvious effects on the electrochemical removal of Ca^(2+) and Cl^(-) from the circulating cooling water.The results of range analysis showed that the cathode material had the most significant effect on the descaling effect,and the voltage had the most significant effect on the descaling effect.Through the pilot study,the experimental results were verified and remarkable economic benefits were obtained.
