高品质全民阅读推广服务模式研究--以舟山市为例

摘　　要：文章以舟山市全民阅读推广为例,探讨高品质全民阅读推广服务模式。通过文献研究,分析国内外阅读推广现状,提出供需对接、标准引领、社会参与等阅读推广高质量发展要素。通过对舟山市全民阅读现状调研,发现存在城乡发展不均衡、阅读服务体系建设有待加强、专业性不足、品牌影响力欠缺等问题。在此基础上,提出构建“4+1+X”城乡一体化阅读服务网络,建立专业化阅读推广机制,深化阅读品牌建设,加强数智图书馆建设的全民阅读提质增效途径,以期提升舟山市全民阅读服务品质。Taking Zhoushan City’s reading promotion as an example,this paper explores the mode of the high-quality nationwide reading promotion service.Through literature research,it analyzes the current situation of reading promotion both at home and abroad and proposes elements of high-quality development in reading promotion,such as supply-demand docking,standard guidance,and social participation.Based on a survey of the current situation of reading promotion in Zhoushan City,it identifies issues such as uneven urban-rural development,the need to strengthen the construction of reading service systems,insufficient professionalism,and a lack of brand influence,etc.On this bases,the construction of a"4+1+X"urban-rural integrated reading service network is proposed to enhance the quality and efficiency of nationwide reading services by establishing specialized reading promotion mechanisms,deepening brand development in reading and strengthening the construction of digital libraries.This aims to improve the quality of reading services in Zhoushan City.
