摘　　要：文化是城市的灵魂,是经济软实力的重要来源。一个城市的文化修养直接决定着这个城市的发展前景。通过对南通文化软实力的SWOT分析,充分利用优势、应对劣势、抓住机遇、化解威胁,从提高文化基础力、传播力、吸引力、消费力、创造力五个维度,探索提升软实力的南通文化创新路径。Culture is the soul of a city and an important source of its soft power.The cultural cultivation of a city directly determines its development prospects.By conducting a SWOT analysis of Nantong's cultural soft power,we aim to fully utilize our strengths,address our weaknesses,seize opportunities,and resolve threats.Fromfive dimensions of enhancing cultural foundation,dissemination,attractiveness,consumption,and creativity,we aim to explore the path of Nantong's cultural innovation to enhance our soft power.
