摘  要:该研究设计了一种适用于变压器有载开关吊芯的吊装装置,此装置主要包括支撑单元、吊装单元、夹持单元3部分。支撑单元的底座、上支撑柱和斜支撑梁共同承担支撑装置及变压器有载开关的重量和荷载;吊装单元中的吊装工具通过防滑装置悬挂于横梁上,起重轮位于上支撑梁处,链条绕设在吊装工具和起重轮上,其中的一端与挂钩工具相连;夹持单元用于实现方便的吊装和检修操作,在吊装时将可伸缩夹持工具收起,然后将变压器有载开关的吊芯吊装到指定位置后放下夹持臂夹住吊芯。在实验中发现:应用该装置后,有载开关C级检修所需的时间明显缩短,说明该装置具有有效性。This study designs a lifting device suitable for transformer on-load switch lifting core.The device includes three parts:support unit,lifting unit and holding unit.Among them,the base of the support unit,the upper support column and the inclined support beam jointly bear the weight and load of the support device and the on-load switch of the support unit;the lifting tool in the lifting unit is hung on the beam member by the anti-skid device,the lifting wheel is located on the lifting tool and the lifting wheel with one end connected to the hook tool;The clamp unit is used for convenient lifting and maintenance operation,fold the flexible clamp tool,and lower the hoisting core of the transformer load switch to the designated position.In the experiment,it was found that after the application of the device,the time required for grade C maintenance of the on-load switch was significantly shortened,indicating that the device was effective.
