摘　　要：目的 分析国内近10年癌症患者心理痛苦的研究现状和研究热点,为癌症患者的心理护理提供借鉴。方法 基于中国知网数据库,检索2010年1月1日—2021年6月22日收录的癌症患者心理痛苦相关文献,将数据导入CiteSpace软件进行文献计量学分析。结果 共纳入相关文献240篇,文献发文量总体呈上升趋势;刊文期刊最多的是《护理学杂志》(12篇);排名前三位的关键词是心理痛苦、影响因素和生活质量;关键词聚类分析结果显示,近年来癌症患者心理痛苦研究热点主要集中在影响因素、测量工具、重点人群、积极应对4个方面。结论 虽然国内近年来逐渐重视癌症患者的心理痛苦,但研究仍处于发展阶段,主要关注重点人群心理痛苦的影响因素、测量工具的选择和患癌后心理成长方面,今后仍需探讨相关干预方案,以改善癌症患者心理状况和生活质量。Objective To analyze the current research status and research hot spots of the psychological distress in cancer patients in China over the past decade,in order to provide reference for the study of psychological care of cancer patients.Methods The relevant literature on psychological distress in cancer patients from January 1,2010,to June 22,2021,was retrieved from the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI) database,and the data was imported into CiteSpace software for bibliometric analysis.Results A total of 240 relevant articles were included in the analysis,and the overall publication volume showed an increasing trend.The journal with the highest number of publications was the Journal of Nursing Science(12 articles).The top three keywords were psychological distress,influencing factors,and quality of life.Keyword clustering analysis revealed that the research mainly focused on four aspects:influencing factors,measurement tools,key populations and positive coping strategies.Conclusions Although China has gradually paid attention to the psychological pain of cancer patients in recent years,it is still in the developing stage.The main focus has been on exploring the influencing factors of psychological distress in specific populations,selecting appropriate measurement tools,and studying the psychological growth of cancer survivors.In the future,it is necessary to further explore intervention strategies to improve the psychological well-being and quality of life of cancer patients.
