摘  要:焦炭在高炉冶炼过程中发挥着重要作用,高炉的大型化发展以及冶炼强度的提高对焦炭的质量提出了更高的标准,高炉入炉原料中的碱金属对焦炭的结构和冶金性能均有显著影响,为了保证高炉稳定顺行,有必要清晰了解焦炭在高炉冶炼过程中的劣化机制,并采取合理的焦炭质量控制措施。本研究采用气相吸附法考察了碱金属钾和钠对焦炭结构及性能的影响,对焦炭的基础性能检测分析,并采用工业计算机断层扫描(CT)观察焦炭的裂纹及气孔等微观结构。结果表明,钾蒸气对焦炭结构的劣化程度大于钠蒸气,并且随着钾蒸气含量增加,焦炭粉化程度增大,焦炭裂纹进一步延展,孔径增大;但是,焦炭吸附5%钠蒸气后,焦炭内部的裂纹及孔隙变化较小。Coke is a crucial component in the smelting process of blast furnaces.As blast furnaces continue to develop on a larger scale,the quality of coke must meet higher standards to improve smelting intensity.The alkali metals present in the raw materials of blast furnaces have a significant impact on the structure and metallurgical properties of coke.To ensure stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace,it is necessary to have a clear understanding of the mechanism of coke deterioration during the smelting process.Reasonable measures for quality control of coke should be taken.This study investigates the effects of alkali metals,specifically potassium and sodium,on the structure and performance of coke using a gas-phase adsorption method.The basic performance of coke was tested and analyzed,and the microstructure of coke,including cracks and pores,was observed through industrial computed tomography(CT)scanning.The study found that the degradation of coke structure was greater with potassium vapor than with sodium vapor.As the amount of potassium vapor increased,the degree of coke pulverization,coke crack extension,and pore size also increased.However,after the coke adsorbed 5%sodium vapor,there were only minor changes in the cracks and pores inside the coke.
