摘  要:针对常用蜗壳型线设计方法不能使蜗壳螺旋角与叶轮出口气流角相匹配的问题,基于变螺旋角设计理论对某离心风机的蜗壳型线进行重新拟合,对风机进行流场和声场数值模拟,对比分析蜗壳型线优化前后风机内部流场及远场噪声的变化情况。研究结果表明,在设计流量工况下,优化风机的全压提高了0.9%,效率提升了1.44%,优化风机的噪声特性得到明显改善。Aiming at the problem that the spiral angle of a centrifugal fan cannot be matched with the flow angle at the impeller outlet by the conventional spiral profile design method,the spiral profile of a centrifugal fan is re-fitted based on the variable spiral angle design theory.the internal flow field and noise field of the fan is numerically simulated.The changes before and after volute profile optimization are compared and analyzed.The results show that under the design flow condition,the total pressure of the optimized fan is increased by 0.9%,the efficiency is increased by 1.44%,and the noise characteristics of the optimized fan are obviously improved.
