摘  要:车架的刚强度对雷达车功能和性能有着巨大影响。针对某雷达车车架调平支腿横梁处刚度较弱产生了横向变形的问题,对车架结构进行改进。对改进后的车架使用有限元方法模拟其工作条件下的应力和位移情况,仿真结果显示,改进后车架最大应力比改进前降低了43.28%,最大位移减少了17.14%,改进后的车架满足雷达车使用要求。The stiffness and strength of the frame have a significant impact on the functionality and performance of radar vehicles.For the radar vehicle frame,the horizontal beam of leveling support legs caused lateral deformation due to its weak stiffness.The frame structure has been improved based on this problem.For the improved frame,finite element method is used to simulate the stress and displacement under working conditions.The simulation results show that the maximum stress of the improved frame has been reduced by 43.28% compared to before improvement.The maximum displacement has been reduced by 17.14%.It is proved that the improved frame meets the usage requirements of radar vehicles.
