摘  要:为应对电力系统数字化、复杂化导致的安全稳定控制系统可靠性降低的问题,研究了一种大电网广域安全稳定控制系统远传测试技术,通过对关键技术的研究应用,构建大电网广域安控系统远传测试系统,实现对安控系统的系统级功能逻辑及动作可靠性检测。最后基于该技术搭建测试系统并进行验证,结果表明:该测试系统能够方便快捷地实现异地安控系统联合测试,具有较高的应用价值。In response to the problem of reduced reliability of security and stability control systems caused by the digitization and complexity of power systems,a remote transmission testing technology for large-scale power grid wide area security and stability control systems is studied.Through the research and application of key technologies,a remote transmission testing system for large-scale power grid wide area security and stability control system is constructed,which achieves the system level functional logic and action reliability detection of the security and stability control system.Finally,a testing system is built based on this technology for verification,and the results show that the testing system can conveniently and quickly achieve joint testing of remote security and stability control systems,and have high application value.
