摘 要:常规的机械加工车间,动态调度主要采用车间生产参数优化的方法,忽略了调度偏离扰动,导致调度能耗较高。为进一步提高车间动态调度的经济性,提出基于DPSO算法的机械加工车间动态调度方法。首先分解机械加工车间能耗类型并以此构建时间维的机械加工车间能量流模型,接着分别计算运输时间、加急订单以及调度偏离的扰动系数,结合故障差值代入到模型中并进行分析,然后引入DPSO算法,基于模型输出结果的最佳调度参数实现车间的动态调度。结果表明,通过该方法调度机械加工车间,调度能耗较低,车间生产成本较小,经济性较高,满足了机械加工车间生产调度需求。In conventional machining workshops,dynamic scheduling mainly adopts the method of optimizing workshop production parameters,ignoring scheduling deviation disturbances,resulting in high energy consumption in scheduling results.To further improve the economic efficiency of dynamic scheduling in workshops,a dynamic scheduling method for machining workshops based on the DPSO algorithm is proposed.Firstly,it decomposes the energy consumption types of the machining workshop and constructs a time dimensional energy flow model for the machining workshop.Then,it calculates the disturbance coefficients of transportation time,urgent orders,and scheduling deviation separately,and uses the fault difference into the model for analysis.Finally,it introduces the DPSO algorithm to achieve dynamic scheduling of the workshop based on the optimal scheduling parameters output by the model.The results show that the scheduling results obtained through this method exhibit lower scheduling energy consumption,lower workshop production costs under scheduling,higher economic efficiency,and meet the production scheduling needs of mechanical processing workshops.
