摘 要:基于阀后补偿原理设计了水稻收割机拨禾轮和割台工作系统,基于AMESim搭建了水稻收割机工作回路仿真模型,分析了水稻收割系统在变负载、系统达到流量饱和时的运行特性。由仿真可知,该系统各个执行机构所需流量与负载无关,只取决于多路阀开口大小,当系统达到流量饱和工况时,变量泵输出的流量会根据执行机构对应的多路阀开口大小成比例分配流量,可以实现单泵驱动下多执行机构的独立运行,实现单泵满足多回路的压力-流量需求。仿真结果表明,基于负载敏感理论设计的水稻收割机工作回路系统是可行的,为设计水稻收割机提供了理论基础。A rice harvester reel and header working system is designed based on the principle of valve compensation.A simulation model of load sensitive pump and rice harvester working circuit is built based on AMESim.It analyzes the operating characteristics of the rice harvesting system under variable load and flow saturation conditions.According to the simulation,the required flow rate of each actuator in the system is independent of the load.It only depends on the size of the multi way valve opening,when the system reaches flow saturation conditions.The flow output of the variable displacement pump is distributed according to the opening size of the multi way valve corresponding to the actuator.It can achieve independent operation of multiple actuators driven by a single pump.It realizes a single hydraulic pump to meet the pressure flow requirements of multiple circuits.The results indicate that the rice harvester working circuit system designed based on load sensitivity theory is feasible,provide a theoretical basis for designing rice harvesters.
