摘 要:我国住房发展已经从解决“有没有”转向解决“好不好”的阶段,提升住房品质、让老百姓住上更好的房子,是住房高质量发展的必然要求。本文从标准体系、技术体系、产业体系等方面对好房子科技产业发展路径进行了体系化研究,总结了地方在全寿命周期制度和“人房地钱”政策机制创新等方面的实践探索经验,以期推动好房子科技产业的健康、快速发展。The housing market in China has shifted from solving the problem of “yes or not” to solving the problem of “good or not”.Improving the housing quality and providing better housing for the people is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of the housing market.This article systematically studies the development path of good housing technology industry from the aspects of standard system,technical system,and industrial system.It summarizes the exploration experience of local governments in the innovation of full-life-cycle system and the “people-housingland--finance” policy mechanism,in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of the good housing technology industry.
