摘 要:既有建筑存量大、能耗高、碳排放大,给城市发展带来挑战。党的十八大以来,国家出台了系列政策,推动既有建筑绿色低碳改造,以满足刚性和改善性住房需求为重点,努力让人民群众住上好房子。绿色低碳改造是实现好房子的重要途径,也是城市高质量发展的必然选择。本文从产能、节能、用能和储能四个技术路径出发,详细阐述了建筑绿色低碳改造的方法和策略,以期为好房子建设及我国建筑行业的可持续发展提供参考借鉴。The existing buildings suffers from large stock,high energy consumption,and amplified carbon emissions,which pose huge challenges to urban development.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of policies to promote the green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings have been introduced,with a focus on meeting the demand for rigid and improved housing,and striving to provide people with good housing.Green and low-carbon renovation is both an important way to achieve good housing and an inevitable choice for highquality urban development.This article elaborates on the methods and strategies for green and low-carbon transformation of buildings from four technological paths:production capacity,energy conservation,energy consumption,and energy storage,in order to provide reference and guidance for good housing construction and sustainable development of construction industry in China.
