摘 要:绿色建筑建设在我国实施双碳目标中发挥重要的作用,在实现可持续发展目标的同时,提升居民生活品质并推动经济转型和产业升级。本文通过对中国绿色建筑评价标准和德国DGNB的比较研究,探讨了两者在评价内容、要求和影响力等方面的异同,并分析了其背后的原因,为中国和德国在可持续建筑领域的经验交流提供了有益的参考,为我国绿色建筑评价体系的完善提出建议和意见。Green Building construction plays a critical role in the implementation of the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality goals in China,which can not only contribute to achieving sustainable development objectives,but also improve residents' quality of life while promoting economic transformation and industrial upgrading.The paper conducts the comparative research between China's Green Building evaluation standards and Germany's DGNB,discussing their differences and similarities in terms of evaluation content,requirements and influence.Furthermore,the underlying reasons are analyzed,providing valuable insights for the exchange of experiences in sustainable construction between China and Germany,and offering suggestions as well as recommendations for the improvement of China's Green Building evaluation system.
