摘 要:本文旨在深入探析农村砖混结构房屋抗震性能提升的路径。首先,通过科学评估与改造加固,深入剖析房屋结构状况,为制定有针对性的改造方案提供科学依据。其次,强调技术创新与标准改进,并通过风险认知与监测预警,提高对潜在地震风险的认知和预警响应能力。最后,探讨了提升抗震性能的现实意义,包括减轻地震灾害损失、推动公共安全意识、促进社区整体稳定,为农村可持续发展提供有力支持。This paper aims to deeply explore the ways to improve the seismic performance of rural brick-concrete buildings.First of all,through the scientific assessment and reinforcement,the in-depth analysis of the housing structure conditions is focused,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of targeted reconstruction programs.Secondly,technological innovation and standard improvement are emphasized,and the cognition and early warning response ability of potential earthquake risk is improved through risk cognition and monitoring early warning.Finally,the practical significance of improving seismic performance is discussed,including reducing earthquake disaster losses,promoting public safety awareness,and improving overall community stability,which could provide strong supports for sustainable rural development.
