摘 要:高层、超高层装配式夹心保温外墙板中的针状不锈钢拉结件,在风荷载和结构自振作用下,可能会存在疲劳影响,会降低拉结件的力学性能指标,但降低幅度不大(10%以内),同时疲劳荷载作用下也可能会减小拉结件材料本身的曲强比;所选针状高强不锈钢拉结件的疲劳极限值大于20.3MPa,根据实验结果分析推测,装配式夹心保温外墙板建筑由于风荷载和结构自振带来的疲劳作用,对拉结件自身的安全影响有限;拉结件自身的老化、腐蚀对拉结件自身抗疲劳性能的影响需要引起重视。Under wind load and structural self-bracing,the needle-shaped stainless steel tie piece in the high and super high storey assembled sandwich insulation exterior wall panel may have fatigue effects,which will reduce the mechanical performance index of the tie piece,but the reduction range is not large(within 10%),and the bending ratio of the tie piece material itself may be reduced under fatigue load.The fatigue limit value of the selected needle-like high-strength stainless steel tie piece is greater than 20.3MPa.According to the analysis of the experimental results,it is inferred that the fatigue effect of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall panel building caused by wind load and structural natural vibration has limited impact on the safety of the tie piece.The influence of aging and corrosion on fatigue performance of the tie piece needs attention.
