测定路面标线用玻璃珠有害物质试验研究

摘  要:为了识别路面标线用玻璃珠有害物质含量测定过程中试验操作对试验结果的影响;使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法对样品进行检测;采用不确定评定方法,对试验检测过程进行深入分析,明确不确定性的来源,对不确定分量进行评估,合成不确定度,计算出扩展不确定度。评定结果显示,标准溶液配制引入的不确定度贡献最大,重复性测定溶液试验过程中引入的不确定度次之。依据评定结果,梳理了在试验标准液配制、混合标液及标准曲线溶液配制以及试验检测、数据处理等检测过程中的关键点,提高路面标线用玻璃珠测定铅、砷、锑等有害物质含量测试结果的准确性。In order to identify the influence factors of the test operation on the test results in the determination of harmful substances in glass beads used for road marking,ICP-AES was used to detect the samples.The uncertainty evaluation method is used to analyze the testing process,identify the source of uncertainty,evaluate the uncertainty components,synthesize the uncertainty,and calculate the extended uncertainty.The evaluation results show that the contribution of uncertainty to the formulation of standard working solution is the largest,and the uncertainty of repeatability determination solution is the second.According to the evaluation results,the key points in the process of test standard solution preparation,mixed standard solution and standard curve solution preparation,test detection and data processing are carried out,to improve the accuracy of determination of lead,arsenic,antimony and other harmful substances with glass beads for road marking.
