摘 要:海上发射作为一种新兴的发射方式,与传统发射方式相比运载能力更强,在发射地点的灵活性和适配器落点的安全性方面有巨大的优势。为研究海上动平台发射过程的安全性问题,建立了海上垂直发射系统多体动力学模型。基于六自由度海浪摇荡激励和随机风载荷作用,通过实时更新适配器姿态和气动载荷,得到了适配器气动载荷变化过程和洒落轨迹。结果表明,由于存在初始分离速度,适配器在气动载荷作用下发生翻转,风载荷的存在使得适配器在初始分离阶段与火箭发生碰撞,适配器最大洒落距离为26.645 m,落点分布远离发射装置,但有落至动平台平面的风险。As an emerging form of launch,sea launch has greater carrying capacity than traditional launch methods,and has huge advantages in the flexibility of launch location and the safety of the launch drop point.In order to study the safety of the launching process of the sea dynamic platform,a multi-body dynamic model of the sea vertical launching system is established.Based on the wave excitation and random wind load effects,the adapter aerodynamic load changes and spill trajectories under six-degree-of-freedom wave oscillations and crosswinds are obtained by real-time updating of the adapter attitude and aerodynamic loads.The results show that the adapter rotates under aerodynamic loads due to the initial separation velocity,and the wind loads make the adapter collide with the rocket during the initial separation phase.The maximum spilling distance of the adapter is 26.645 m,and the distribution of the adapter drop point is far away from the launcher,but there is a risk of falling to the plane of the moving platform.
