移动政务国内外研究热点与前沿趋势--基于Citespace和VOSviewer的可视化计量分析

摘　　要：利用可视化计量软件Citespace和VOSviewer对科学引文索引(WOS)和中国知网(CNKI)核心数据库收录的“移动政务”为主题的共计721篇文献从时间分布、主要研究力量分布进行分析,通过高频关键词知识图谱、聚类分析、时间线图和突现词分析得到了国内外移动政务研究的热点主题和发展趋势。研究发现,国内的研究热点聚焦于理论基础、采纳意愿和需求、绩效和评估指标体系研究、公共危机管理视角下的移动政务;国外围绕新冠感染、农村地区、发展中国家移动政务经验与启示等热点主题进行研究。In this paper,Citespace and VOSviewer visual econometric software were used to analyze a total of 721 articles with the theme of mobile government included in the core database of Web of Science(WOS)of the US and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from the perspective of time distribution and main research power distribution.The hot topics and development trends of mobile government research at home and abroad were obtained through high-frequency keyword knowledge graph,cluster analysis,time graph and burst term analysis.It is found that domestic research hotspots focus on the theoretical basis,adoption willingness and demand,performance and evaluation index system research,and mobile government from the perspective of public crisis management.The international hot topics focus on the COVID-19 epidemic,rural areas,and the experience and enlightenment of mobile government in developing countries.
