摘　　要：随着科技的迅猛发展,智能建筑技术作为建筑工程领域的创新方向受到了广泛关注。本文旨在探讨智能建筑技术在建筑工程中的具体应用。首先,对智能建筑技术的内涵进行了深入分析,明确了其涵义和特点。其次,指出了建筑工程智能化发展所面临的困境。最后,重点介绍了建筑工程中智能建筑技术的具体应用,包括LOT技术、BIM技术、智能节能技术以及云计算及大数据技术。这些技术的应用为建筑工程带来了更高的效率,可有效改善建筑的性能和效益,提高人们的生活质量。With the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent building technology has received widespread attention as an innovative direction in the field of construction engineering.This article aims to explore the specific application of intelligent building technology in construction projects.First,an in-depth analysis of the connotation of intelligent building technology is conducted to clarify its meaning and characteristics.Secondly,the dilemma faced by the intelligent development of building engineering is pointed out.Finally,it focused on the specific applications of intelligent building technology in building projects,including LOT technology,BIM technology,intelligent energy-saving technology,cloud computing and big data technology.The application of these technologies brings higher efficiency to construction projects,which can effectively improve the performance and efficiency of buildings,and improve people’s quality of life.
