阿达木单抗治疗毛发红糠疹1例  

Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris Successfully Treated with Adalimumab:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者男,39岁,全身红斑、丘疹、鳞屑1个月。患者皮疹初起为躯干部毛囊性角化丘疹,散在甲片大黄红色斑块,其上可见糠秕状鳞屑,1个月内迅速波及全身,呈红皮病表现,皮肤组织病理支持诊断毛发红糠疹。诊断:Ⅰ型毛发红糠疹。患者经阿达木单抗治疗后皮疹基本消退,治疗期间患者出现荨麻疹,幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性。A 39-year-old male presented with erythema,papules and scales all over the body for 1 month.The rash was initially a locally erythematous scaly plaques on trunk,and then quickly spread to the head,face,trunk and limbs,finally developed in erythroderma.Skin biopsy supported the diagnosis of pityriasis rubra pilaris.He was diagnosed as type Ⅰ pityriasis rubra pilaris and treated with adalimumab.The skin lesions were almost completely cleared.The patient developed urticaria and Helicobacter pylori infection during the treatment.
