摘　　要：目的:探讨社区老年人家庭功能、内在能力和自我感知老化三者间的关系,为实现我国健康老龄化提供一定的理论依据。方法:采用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀指数问卷(APGAR)、内在能力评估工具和简版自我感知老化量表(B-APQ)对836名社区老年人进行调查。数据分析采用SPSS 26.0软件进行共同方法偏差检验、描述性统计,Pearson相关分析;采用AMOS 8.3软件构建结构方程模型,并使用Bootstrap法进行中介效应检验。结果:①社区老年人的家庭功能得分为7.43±2.35分,内在能力得分为4.18±0.95分,自我感知老化得分为41.47±10.67分。②家庭功能得分与自我感知老化得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.245,P<0.01),与内在能力得分呈显著正相关(r=0.193,P<0.01);内在能力得分与自我感知老化得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.404,P<0.01)。③内在能力在家庭功能和自我感知老化间的中介作用显著(95%CI:[-0.302,-0.112]),且该中介效应占总效应的19.32%。结论:家庭功能和内在能力对社区老年人自我感知老化有显著影响,且内在能力在家庭功能和自我感知老化间起部分中介作用。Objective:To explore the relationships among family functioning,intrinsic capacity,and self-perceived aging in community-dwelling older adults,providing a theoretical insights for promoting healthy aging in China.Methods:A survey was conducted on 836 community-dwelling older adults using a general demographic questionnaire,the Family Care Index(APGAR),an intrinsic capacity assessment tool,and the Brief-Adaptive Perceived Aging Scale(B-APQ).Data analysis employed SPSS 26.0 for common method bias testing,descriptive statistics,and Pearson correlation analysis.Additionally,a structural equation model was constructed using AMOS 8.3,and Bootstrap analysis was employed to examine mediating effects.Results:①The mean score for family functioning among community-dwelling older adults was 7.43±2.35,intrinsic capacity scored 4.18±0.95,and self-perceived aging rated 41.47±10.67.②Family functioning displayed a dignificant negative correlation with self-perceived aging(r=-0.245,P<0.01),and a positive correlation with intrinsic capacity(r=0.193,P<0.01).Intrinsic capacity exhibited a significant negative correlation with self-perceived aging(r=-0.404,P<0.01).③Intrinsic capacity played a significant mediating role between family functioning and self-perceived aging(95%CI:[-0.302,-0.112]),with the mediating effect accounted for 19.32%of the total effect.Conclusion:Both family functioning and intrinsic capacity significantly influence self-perceived aging in community-dwelling older adults,with intrinsic capacity acting as a partial mediator between family functioning and self-perceived aging.
