摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育联合认知行为干预(CBT)对青少年抑郁症患者遵医行为及功能失调性认知的影响。方法:研究对象选取2022年7月至2023年10月某院收治的82例青少年抑郁症患者,根据干预方案不同分成对照组(常规药物治疗+健康教育)、干预组(对照组基础上联合CBT)各41例。比较两组患者遵医行为、功能失调性认知水平、抑郁程度及心理弹性、应对方式、社会支持水平。结果:干预后干预组遵医行为评分高于对照组(t=2.051,P<0.05);干预后干预组功能失调性态度量表(DAS)总分低于对照组(t=-11.938,P<0.001);干预后干预组17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分低于对照组(t=-16.376,P<0.001),康纳·戴维森复原力量表(CD-RISC)“乐观”、“自强”、“坚韧”维度评分高于对照组(t=5.164,5.919,7.544;P<0.001);干预后干预组简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)的“积极应对”维度得分高于对照组(t=5.354,P<0.001),“消极应对”维度得分低于对照组(t=-3.883,P<0.001);干预后干预组社会支持评定量表(SSRS)“主观支持”和“对社会支持的利用度”维度得分及总分均高于对照组(t=4.520,3.246,5.002;P<0.01)。结论:健康教育联合CBT能有效增强青少年抑郁症患者的遵医行为和心理弹性,改善功能失调性认知水平及应对方式,降低抑郁程度,提高社会支持水平,整体效果良好。Objective:To explore the effect of health education combined with cognitive behavioral intervention(CBT)on medical compliance behavior and dysfunctional cognition in adolescent patients with depression.Methods:The research subjects selected 82 adolescent depression patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024.According to different intervention plans,they were divided into a control group(conventional drug treatment+health education)and an intervention group(Combined with CBT based on the control group),41 cases each.Compare the medical compliance behavior,dysfunctional cognition level,depression degree and psychological flexibility,coping style,and social support level of the two groups of patients.Results:After the intervention,the intervention group's medical compliance score was higher than that of the control group(t=2.051,P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of the Dysfunctional Attitude Scale(DAS)of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(t=-11.938,P<0.001).After intervention,the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17)score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(t=-16.376,P<0.001),and the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)was"optimistic"and"The dimension scores of"self-improvement"and"tenacity"were higher than those of the control group(t=5.164,5.919,7.544;P<0.001).After the intervention,the score of the"active coping"dimension of the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(t=5.354,P<0.001),the score of"negative coping"dimension was lower than that of the control group(t=-3.883,P<0.001).After the intervention,the"subjective support"and"social support"of the social support rating scale(SSRS)of the intervention group"Utilization"dimension score and total score were higher than those of the control group(t=4.520,3.246,5.002;P<0.01).Conclusion:Health education combined with CBT can effectively enhance the medical compliance behavior and psychol
