摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生述情障碍与抑郁之间的关系,以及孤独感和羞怯在两者之间的单独中介作用和链式中介作用。方法:使用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、流调中心抑郁量表(SES-D)、孤独感量表(UCLA)、羞怯量表对河南省596名大学生施测。结果:①大学生述情障碍与抑郁显著正相关(r=0.600,P<0.01);述情障碍与孤独感显著正相关(r=0.507,P<0.01),述情障碍与羞怯显著正相关(r=0.520,P<0.01);抑郁与孤独感显著正相关(r=0.658,P<0.01),抑郁与羞怯显著正相关(r=0.502,P<0.01);孤独感和羞怯显著正相关(r=0.500,P<0.01);②大学生的述情障碍直接影响其抑郁(β=0.324,P<0.001),且孤独感和羞怯在二者之间的中介效应显著,中介效应量分别为32.7%、12.3%;孤独感和羞怯在大学生述情障碍与抑郁之间的链式中介作用显著,效应量为4.9%。结论:大学生的述情障碍正向影响其抑郁,且孤独感和羞怯在大学生的述情障碍与抑郁之间起单独中介作用及链式中介作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between alexithymia and depression in college students,as well as the individual and chain mediating effects of loneliness and shyness between the two.Methods:A total of 596 college students in Henan Province were tested using TAS-20,Epidemic Center Depression Scale(SES-D),Loneliness Scale(UCLA),and Shyness Scale.Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between alexithymia and depression in college students(r=0.600,P<0.01);Alexithymia was significantly positively correlated with loneliness(r=0.507,P<0.01),while Alexithymia was significantly positively correlated with shyness(r=0.520,P<0.01);Depression was significantly positively correlated with loneliness(r=0.658,P<0.01),and depression was significantly positively correlated with shyness(r=0.502,P<0.01);There was a significant positive correlation between loneliness and shyness(r=0.500,P<0.01);②Alexithymia in college students not only had a direct impact on depression(β=0.324,P<0.001),and the mediating effect between loneliness and shyness was significant,with mediating effects of 32.7%and 12.3%,respectively;Loneliness and shyness had a significant chain mediating effect between alexithymia and depression in college students,with a magnitude of 4.9%.Conclusion:Alexithymia in college students positively affects their depression,and loneliness and shyness play separate and chain mediating role between Alexithymia and depression in college students.
